Initial Consultation
Uncertain?
Not sure if you qualify to immigrate to Canada, or, if you qualify, what pathway best guarantees your success, then, your first step is to book a consultation with one of our qualified and certified Canadian Immigration Consultants, who with the sound knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures, will be able to help you navigate the complex process.
Consultation Credit
Within one (1) week of the initial consultation, if you wish to retain our consultant for representation, thus signing a Retainer Agreement, AND paying at least half of the consultants professional fee, the initial consultation fee will be credited towards the balance of our professional fee.
Consultation Exclusions
The consultation does not include the following:

- Detailed information and document gathering.
- Review of applications and/or supporting documents, albeit, the RCIC may inquire about specific documents as necessary.
- Completion of application forms.
- Providing document checklist for any/and all application types.
These will be completed after a Retainer Agreement is signed.
Length of Consultation
The initial consultation with the consultant, has a duration of up to 45 minutes, and is mostly done via video (Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, Duo) or other video Apps readily available to the client.
Purpose of a Consultation
During the consultation, our consultant will complete the following:

- Review, evaluate your profile, and analyze your case.
- Assess eligibility based on individual circumstances and goals.
- Identify any obstacles that, could potentially delay, or invalidate your application. If observed, we will propose remedies.
- Advise the best pathway to ensure success.
- Provide a second opinion, if application is already in process, whether completed by another representative of by applicant.
At the end of the consultation, you will be better equipped to make the decision on the next steps, and the best path forward.
