Rosaria Obazee is a licensed Canadian Immigration Consultant, (RCIC) and founder of Gabmon Immigration Consultancy Services Inc.

Being an immigrant herself, and having experienced the complex Canadian Immigration process,  Rosaria understands that, immigrants have enriched and strengthened the fabric of Canadian life. Since 2007, she has joyfully volunteered her time, knowledge, and skills, helping others through the process. This joy of helping others achieve their dream, of a life in Canada, prompted her to pursue certification as an RCIC.

Over the years, her compassion, tenacity, and passion for immigration success, can be measured against the success stories of families and individuals, she guided through the Canadian Immigration process.

Prior to becoming a RCIC, for over 25 years, she excelled in her career as a Mechanical Engineer and a Project Management professional, rising to the position of Director, Capital Projects in one of Canada’s prestigious utility providers. In this capacity, as a top-performing solutions-driven professional, Rosaria has worked with all levels of management, and developed a reputation for intense focus on quality, and the bottom-line, while delivering projects and assignments on-time, in incredibly challenging environments. This experience will certainly auger well as a RCIC.

Her educational background includes, a Certificate of Achievement as an Immigration Consultant, with Honours from Humber College, Toronto, Canada, an M. Eng. in Engineering Management from the University of Alberta, Canada, complimented by an M. Eng. in Industrial Engineering, and a B.Eng. in Mechanical/Production Engineering from universities in Nigeria.

Most importantly, Rosaria embraces the core values of integrity, and is committed to positively impacting the life of her clients
