Request and Review of GCMS Notes

The Global Case Management System (GCMS) is used by IRCC and CBSA to process files, and when GCMS notes are requested from either of the agencies, they both release the information stored in the GCMS.

To order GCMS Notes, you must be a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident, or an individual or corporation present in Canada.

If you do not meet the criteria above, you can still request your GCMS Notes from the IRCC by employing the services of an Authorized Representative such as Gabmon Immigration Consultants.

On your behalf, we will apply for an Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP), and also review the GCMS Notes to help you understand what might have gone wrong with a rejected application.
